Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to the mission of providing exceptional service to the clients. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will work closely with producers to service accounts, manage renewals, and ensure client satisfaction. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided through a nationally recognized group

Responsibilities
- Manage and service standard personal lines accounts with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with producers to address client needs and ensure seamless account management.
- Handle some renewal business and assist with policy changes as needed.
- Utilize in-house quoting tools to support account servicing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system (Vertafore AMS360).
- Participate in team-building meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Vertafore AMS360 or similar agency management software.
- Preferred Background: Experience in an agency or captive environment.
- Attributes: Tech-savvy, quick learner, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
