Senior Client Executive - Marketing & Compliance
Job Summary:
The P&C (Property & Casualty) Marketing and Compliance Client Executive will serve as a key point of contact between our clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies and compliance initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the P&C insurance industry, regulatory requirements, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a client-centric approach, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison for P&C clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and expertise in marketing and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with their business goals and regulatory requirements.

Marketing Strategy Execution:
- Work with internal teams to create and execute effective P&C insurance marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media strategies.
- Analyze market trends and client data to develop targeted marketing initiatives that drive growth and retention.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Compliance Management:
- Ensure that all marketing and client communications comply with P&C insurance regulations and company policies.
- Stay current with changes in insurance regulations and advise clients on the implications for their marketing and business practices.
- Assist clients in navigating the complexities of regulatory requirements, ensuring they remain compliant while achieving their business objectives.

Project Management:
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing clients and secure new business in the P&C sector.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to create proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Contribute to the growth of the company by achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry, with a focus on marketing and compliance.
- Strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, digital marketing platforms).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications in insurance (e.g., CPCU, ARM)
- Experience working with regulatory bodies and staying current with industry changes.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and strategies in the insurance sector.
