Job Description

• Develop a Target Operating Model to support both growth and account management.
• Provide visionary & strategic leadership to the client account management and sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and motivating team members to achieve their goals.
• Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to maximize individual and team performance.
• Oversee and manage key client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive profitable revenue growth, aligned with the organization's business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, insurance, risk management, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, preferably within the insurance services and legal solutions industry.
• Strong understanding of the US insurance market and legal landscape.
• Experience managing financial aspects of a business, including revenue generation, profitability, and financial management.
• Demonstrated experience in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Job Description

• Define and execute the strategy for field services across North America, ensuring alignment with the company's broader goals and client expectations.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing field leadership team across regions.
• Act as a senior operational point of contact for key clients, providing confidence in service delivery and addressing escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement in scheduling, routing, workforce utilization, and field productivity.
• Manage departmental budget and support achievement of revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in CAT field operations, inspections, adjusting, or service delivery within insurance, claims, or regulated services
• 5+ years in a senior executive or director-level role managing large, distributed teams across multiple states or regions
• Proven experience in driving performance improvement and growth in a service-oriented business
• Strong operational, financial, and commercial acumen with experience managing P&L
• Demonstrated success in working with large insurance carriers, TPAs, or highly regulated clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Risk Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced, and matrixed organization
