Summary
The Claims Supervisor will oversee a team of claims adjusters and examiners to ensure efficient processing of claims while adhering to company policies, regulations, and customer service standards. This role is responsible for providing guidance and support to staff, reviewing complex claims, and ensuring overall departmental productivity. The Claims Supervisor will work closely with senior management to develop strategies to improve workflow, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction defect claims, from intake through resolution.
- Ensure proper investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims within authority limits.
- Collaborate with underwriters, risk managers, legal counsel, and insureds to ensure timely and effective handling of claims.
- Develop and implement claims management strategies to mitigate exposure and reduce losses.
- Provide technical expertise on complex claims, including coverage analysis, liability assessments, and negotiation strategies.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- Need to have CA license
- 2 years minimum of Claims Management experience including construction defect
- 5-7- years of claims handling experience including construction defect claims
