Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Broker to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
- 401(k): Available after 12 months with 100% match on the first 3%
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for the owner’s book of business, managing accounts from start to finish.
- Handle a wide range of commercial accounts, with premiums ranging from $2,500 to $1.5 million.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service.
- Utilize surplus lines knowledge to effectively manage property and casualty accounts.
- Maintain accurate records and correspondence using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active 2-20 license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in wholesale insurance, with property and/or casualty experience. Familiarity with surplus lines is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
