Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. You will provide exceptional client support, manage renewals, and collaborate with team members to deliver cost-effective insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing renewals by gathering information, preparing submissions, marketing with carriers, and presenting to clients.
  • Providing comprehensive client support, including issuing certificates, handling endorsements, and addressing billing inquiries.
  • Resolving issues related to cancellations, claims, audits, and challenging renewal scenarios.
  • Reviewing documents for accuracy, assessing client policies, and analyzing risk to recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, carriers, vendors, and team members through strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications/Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Active Property and Casualty Insurance License (Required).
  • Minimum of three years of direct Commercial Lines experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial Property and Casualty coverages, markets, and carriers.
  • Proven experience managing commercial renewals and servicing client accounts.
  • Ability to communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Experience working within agency management systems (Applied Epic preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
