Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Executive to lead and grow presence in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth by building strong relationships with retail agencies, insurance carriers, and digital affiliates. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, broker relationship management, and insurance distribution. The Regional Executive will play a pivotal role in achieving submission, premium production, and loss ratio goals while serving as a key external representative of our organization.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience and location).

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual gross written premium and submission business plan for the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail agencies, insurance carriers, and digital affiliates.
  • Conduct a minimum of 12+ customer visits weekly (60% in-person, 40% virtual), including broker visits and industry events.
  • Identify trends and customer needs to build a robust sales pipeline aligned with the annual business plan.
  • Drive revenue by solving problems for brokers and strategic partners, ensuring 100% execution of tasks.
  • Set and track new business production goals with key brokers and strategic partners.
  • Provide and evaluate production and task completion reports, updating sales execution plans as needed.
  • Identify and execute book roll opportunities for current and new product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to maximize regional production.
  • Provide feedback to enhance sales strategies, processes, and best practices across the organization.
  • Complete continuing education courses or industry designations to maintain subject-matter expertise.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or insurance distribution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage broker or agency relationships.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with an acceptable motor vehicle record and proof of auto insurance.
