Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Lines Producer to join a dynamic team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business through cold calling, marketing, and building strong client relationships. Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $60,000 - $150,000 (with a 3-year validation period; commission eligibility begins upon validation)
• Commission Structure: 40/20 commission splits post-validation
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
• Work Arrangement:
  • Entry-level candidates: Full onsite
  • Experienced candidates: Remote work option available

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through cold calling and marketing efforts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Manage accounts with an average revenue size of $15,000
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales goals
• Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred (candidates with stable tenure are highly valued)
  • Open to entry-level candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is a plus
