Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team at a office. This role involves managing a $350k revenue book of business, primarily consisting of small and middle-market accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, with at least 10 years of commercial lines experience. Compensation Package

• Salary: $87,000 - $90,000 annually (hard cap at $90,000)

Responsibilities

• Manage a $350k revenue book of business, focusing on small and middle-market accounts
• Handle A-Z account management responsibilities, including quoting new and renewal business
• Collaborate with a team of three other account managers and one assistant
• Utilize software tools such as AMS360, ImageRight, and Excel to manage accounts effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist with onboarding and training as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of commercial lines experience
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360, ImageRight, and Excel
• Education: Relevant certifications or training in insurance account management preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Background check required prior to start date
