Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $120,000 (dependent on experience and performance)
- Commission Structure:
- Year 1: Base salary + percentage on new business
- Year 2: Reduced base salary with increased focus on new business and renewals
- Year 3: Further reduced base salary with higher emphasis on new business and renewals

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a book of business by identifying and pursuing new commercial insurance opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry connections within the San Antonio area.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate with service teams to manage and grow your book of business effectively.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with documentation of sales performance over the past three years (e.g., pay stubs or other proof of sales).
- Familiarity with the San Antonio market and the ability to leverage local connections to drive business growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently without the need for micromanagement.
- Resides within a 20-30 minute commute of the office to accommodate potential future hybrid work arrangements.
