Commercial Lines Service Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Service Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a portfolio primarily consisting of churches, non-profits, and faith-based organizations such as schools. While a background in church or faith-based organizations is not required, candidates should be comfortable working with clients in this sector.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $105,000 - $130,000 annually
• Benefits:

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines clients, with a focus on churches, non-profits, and faith-based organizations.
• Utilize Applied Epic software to handle client accounts efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and resolve client inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
• Participate in virtual and in-person meetings as required.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Required: Proficiency in Applied Epic software.
• Preferred: Experience with Erie Insurance.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid or remote environment.
• Comfortable working with clients in the faith-based sector.
• Reside within 45 minutes of the Harrisburg/Mechanicsburg area (preferred).
