Compensation Package
- Hourly Rate: $20/hour for candidates without insurance experience; up to $26/hour for licensed and experienced professionals.
- Commissions: Earn commissions on new business, with ample walk-in opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Personal Lines clients, addressing their insurance needs and inquiries.
- Handle policy changes, billing questions, and customer service requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process policy documentation and maintain organized client records within the agency management system.
- Communicate directly with insurance carriers regarding coverages, policy updates, and underwriting guidelines.
- Retain and develop business through proactive customer service and relationship management.
- Support agency growth initiatives, including cross-selling opportunities across multiple lines of insurance.
- Ensure compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred. Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in Personal Lines insurance in a customer service or account management role is preferred.
- Familiarity with insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines.
- Experience communicating directly with insurance carriers is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with agency management systems such as Applied EPIC or AMS360 is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in insurance are a plus.
