Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned and consultative Employee Benefits Producer to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a proven track record in the employee benefits space, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering tailored solutions to clients. The Employee Benefits Producer will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and will play a pivotal role in driving business growth while maintaining a client-focused approach. This position offers significant flexibility, including remote work options and opportunities for professional development.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $120,000 (with a draw structure transitioning to 100% commission)
  • Flexible Splits: Approximately 30% - 20%

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing consultative guidance on employee benefits solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large-sized accounts (50+ employees), ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with dedicated Account Managers (AMs) and Assistant Account Managers (AAMs) to deliver exceptional service.
  • Participate in weekly team huddles and contribute to strategic planning sessions.
  • Attend industry events, associations, and client lunches to build and strengthen professional networks.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and goals through proactive client engagement and business development efforts.
  • Leverage open-book management practices to align with organizational goals and foster transparency.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in employee benefits sales or consulting, with experience managing accounts of 50+ employees.
  • Licenses/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license required.
