Entry-Level Producer
Job Summary

Compensation Package

First-Year Compensation Plan:
- Months 1-4: Licensing, education, and training.
- Months 5-6: Training and prospecting for future sales.
- Months 7-9: $7,000 per month.
- Months 10-12: $10,000 per month.

Pay Structure:
- $2,500 monthly (payable as a non-recoverable draw).
- $2,500 guaranteed commission per month or 10% commission on new business and 20% on fees (no chargebacks).
- $300 monthly car allowance ($150 per semimonthly pay period).
- $50 monthly cell phone allowance ($25 per semimonthly pay period).

Post-12 Months:
- Semi-monthly draw of $1,250.
- 35% commission on new business, renewals, and fees (chargebacks apply).
- Continued cell phone and car allowances.
- Option to transition to commission-based pay with a recoverable draw prior to 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program to gain licensing and sales expertise.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Conduct outreach to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Property and Casualty (P&C) License is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work onsite during designated hours.
