Compensation Package

Responsibilities
- Quote and close new and renewal business for personal insurance accounts, including high-net-worth clients.
- Deliver engaging presentations and attend meetings with referral groups to foster relationships and drive business growth.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate with a small, efficient team to maintain and grow the agency’s book of business.
- Utilize NowCerts software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal insurance, with a focus on quoting, closing leads, and client presentations.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, polished demeanor, and the ability to work independently without micromanagement.
- Technology: Proficiency in NowCerts or similar insurance software is preferred.
