Job Summary

Seeking dynamic and results-driven Commercial Lines Producers to join a growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in sales or those with a strong drive to succeed in the insurance industry. Whether you are an experienced professional or new to the field, a provide the tools and support necessary to help you thrive. You will work on a diverse range of accounts, from small to large, and have the opportunity to build and manage your own book of business.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary + Commission:
    • Inexperienced Candidates: Starting base salary of $40,000 with commission. Base decreases over four years, transitioning to a commission-only structure
    • Experienced Candidates: Higher base salary or draw with commission, depending on qualifications and performance.

  • Equipment: Laptop and phone application provided for remote employees.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a book of business, working with a variety of commercial lines accounts (small to large).
  • Actively prospect, sell, and service new and renewal business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to place business and secure competitive quotes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Attend local or regional client meetings, with occasional opportunities for additional travel.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Proven track record in sales, ideally generating $100,000 or more in annual revenue.
    • Open to candidates new to the industry with a strong sales aptitude and willingness to obtain necessary licensing.
  • Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Assistance with licensing available for new candidates.
  • Skills:
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to various software platforms.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry for success.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of finding creative ways to sell (e.g., entrepreneurial ventures like a lemonade stand as a child).
    • Resilient, adaptable, and driven to exceed expectations.
