Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring exceptional client service, and maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial insurance, particularly in construction, and possess a proactive, team-oriented approach to their work.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ranging from small to large (average size: $50,000 - $200,000).
  • Handle daily tasks such as creating summaries, supplemental applications, auto ID cards, change requests, claim reporting and follow-up, loss runs, MVRs, and notice of cancellation follow-ups.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and pursue continuing education as required.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an independent insurance agency, with a strong background in commercial lines and construction accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred.
