Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This fully remote position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in personal lines insurance, including high-net-worth accounts, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
- Commissions: 20% on new business; 10% on renewals for accounts generating over $5,000 in revenue

Responsibilities
- Manage personal lines insurance policies, including standard and high-net-worth accounts.
- Handle inbound calls for new business inquiries and effectively close leads.
- Process policy renewals and ensure high client retention rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet organizational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Utilize EPIC and High Level software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in personal lines insurance with a strong track record of tenure (not job-hopping).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and High Level software preferred.
- Geographic Requirement: Must reside in the Midwest (OH, KY, PA).
- Soft Skills: Smart, enthusiastic, team-oriented, efficient, and able to act with urgency.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
- Familiarity with carriers such as Travelers, Hartford, Safeco, AmTrust, Progressive, Liberty Mutual, Cincinnati, Auto-Owners, and Western Reserve.
