Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Client Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a designated book of personal insurance business.
  • Handle policy renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Remarket accounts as needed to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
  • Obtain and compare quotes from multiple carriers to provide optimal solutions.
  • Conduct thorough coverage reviews to ensure clients have appropriate protection.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account rounding to enhance client portfolios.
  • Utilize systems such as Applied Epic, EZLynz, ACS2000, and Epic Quotes to manage workflows efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
  • Active Michigan Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
  • Proficiency in insurance management systems, including Applied Epic, EZLynz, ACS2000, and Epic Quotes.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
