Client Manager, Business Insurance (Remote)
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager specializing in Business Insurance to join a team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Lines, a proven ability to handle complex accounts, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of business insurance accounts with professionalism and efficiency
- Oversee the renewal process, including conducting coverage reviews and ensuring timely completion
- Remarket accounts as needed, leveraging relationships with multiple carriers to secure optimal terms
- Conduct thorough coverage reviews to identify gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to enhance client portfolios
- Utilize systems such as Applied Epic, Epic Quotes, Indio, Fulcrum Proposals, and Microsoft Office to streamline workflows and maintain accurate records
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on insurance products and services
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance
- Active Michigan Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required
- Proficiency in using Applied Epic, Epic Quotes, Indio, Fulcrum Proposals, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity
