Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to our agency, focusing on providing exceptional service to our personal lines clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty insurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This is a fully onsite position, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually (based on experience) + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-service account management for personal lines clients, handling all aspects of the client relationship from A to Z.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in clients, offering a professional and welcoming presence.
  • Manage a book of business with account sizes ranging from $1,500 to $10,000 in premium, with an average size of $2,000 to $5,000.
  • Work with top carriers, including Auto Owners, Citizens, Frankenmuth, and Pioneer.
  • Utilize the EPIC Agency Management System to manage client accounts and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience with personal lines insurance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with top carriers such as Auto Owners, Citizens, Frankenmuth, and Pioneer is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using the EPIC Agency Management System is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to ask insightful questions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
