Job Summary

Seeking experienced and driven Commercial Insurance Account Executives to join a rapidly growing Programs Division. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, including car dealerships, golf courses, pest control services, and equipment rental businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling middle-market to large accounts and a proven track record in the insurance industry.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of accounts ranging from $100,000 to $1,000,000 in size.
  • Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with team members to divide and manage the book of business based on experience.
  • Utilize Sagitta software for account management and documentation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years handling middle-market to large accounts, preferably with medium to larger-sized brokerage firms.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sagitta software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Intelligent, outgoing, and driven individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
