Commercial Insurance Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking experienced and driven Commercial Insurance Account Executives to join a rapidly growing Programs Division. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, including car dealerships, golf courses, pest control services, and equipment rental businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling middle-market to large accounts and a proven track record in the insurance industry.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of accounts ranging from $100,000 to $1,000,000 in size.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with team members to divide and manage the book of business based on experience.
- Utilize Sagitta software for account management and documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years handling middle-market to large accounts, preferably with medium to larger-sized brokerage firms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sagitta software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Intelligent, outgoing, and driven individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
