Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced High Net Worth Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 (with significant growth potential)

Responsibilities

  • Manage renewals and policy changes for HNW clients with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Assist on a book of business with accounts ranging from $20,000 to $50,000+ in premium volume.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, producers, and claims teams to ensure seamless client support.
  • Resolve complex issues between clients and carriers with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with HNW carriers such as Chubb, AIG, and BerkleyOne.
  • Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
  • Attend client meetings as needed to provide personalized service and build trust.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in HNW account management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with HNW carriers such as Chubb, AIG, and BerkleyOne.
  • Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing "white glove" service to clients.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a team while managing individual responsibilities.
