Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit team. With over 20 years of industry experience, the specializes in providing comprehensive insurance solutions, including Property & Casualty (P&C) coverage, with a focus on construction, family offices, and contractors. This is a true service-oriented role where you will manage accounts from A to Z, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $150,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including construction, family office, and contractor accounts.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business, cross-selling, and addressing client inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Utilize agency management software (preferably Epic) and Excel to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management (10 years preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic agency management software and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; attention to detail; adaptability; and a client-focused mindset.
- Background Requirements: Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
