Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of the organization.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts, including standard and some high-net-worth accounts.
  • Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
  • Collaborate with carriers such as Erie, Grange, Westfield, Auto Owners, Encova, Acuity, Safeco, CHUBB, Travelers, and Cincinnati.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs.
  • Utilize PartnerXE software for account management and documentation.
  • Attend occasional in-office meetings a few times a year.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Significant experience in personal lines account management is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PartnerXE software is preferred.
