Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and 401(k)
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing account support, including policy reviews, renewals, and updates.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding policies, services, and coverage options.
- Cross-sell additional products and services to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in training programs and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Proven account management experience, preferably in commercial lines.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with cross-selling insurance products.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
