Commercial CSR
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial CSR to join a close-knit and well-established team. This role is pivotal in supporting a commercial department by handling back-end tasks such as Certificates of Insurance (COI), endorsements, policy changes, and day-to-day service needs. You will work closely with 1-2 account managers to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service. This is a full-time, in-office position with the potential for one remote day per week after full training.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $52,000 - $60,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Process endorsements, policy changes, and Certificates of Insurance (COI)
- Provide day-to-day service and support for commercial accounts
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system (Epic)
- Support a variety of accounts, including agriculture, construction, trucking, oil and gas, and captives, with account sizes ranging from $5,000 to $200,000
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the workforce; prior experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not required
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic or similar agency management software is preferred
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
- Work Environment: Full-time in-office role, with potential for one remote day per week after training
