Seeking a dynamic and motivated Employee Health & Benefits Producer to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: 3-year descending base salary/guarantee ranging from $60,000 to $200,000, depending on book size.
- Commission: Competitive commission structure of 20–25% on new business.
- Work Environment: Hybrid work model with in-office presence required 2 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored employee health and benefits solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive and innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Represent the organization professionally and uphold its values in all interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a producer, preferably with a background in smaller agencies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft-based tools, including Outlook and Teams.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership qualities.

- Stability and commitment (not prone to frequent job changes).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
