Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and motivated Employee Health & Benefits Producer to join a growing team. Compensation Package

• Base Salary: 3-year descending base salary/guarantee ranging from $60,000 to $200,000, depending on book size.
• Commission: Competitive commission structure of 20–25% on new business.
• Work Environment: Hybrid work model with in-office presence required 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored employee health and benefits solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive and innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.
• Represent the organization professionally and uphold its values in all interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a producer, preferably with a background in smaller agencies.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft-based tools, including Outlook and Teams.
• Soft Skills:
