Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (plus 20% commission on new business).
- Work Schedule: On-site in Colorado Springs with the potential for a hybrid schedule after training and demonstrated performance.
- Training Period: Comprehensive training program lasting 3-6 months, tailored to the candidate's experience level.
Responsibilities
- Manage a Colorado Springs book of business, servicing accounts from A to Z.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their best interests are protected.
- Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment with efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of commercial agency experience preferred, though candidates with less experience but strong potential will be considered.
- Familiarity with Epic software is a bonus.
- Skills:
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage various projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Highly organized with the ability to plan and operate efficiently.
