Personal Lines Producer

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate new employer group relationships
Expand the number of participating groups
Perform on-site visits for existing and prospective groups
Quote and close new personal lines business
Provide RMV services for produced clients
Maintain strong follow-up systems to maximize group lead conversion
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Generate new group partnerships through cold calling, cold emailing, and in-person prospecting

Required Qualifications

3 years of personal lines insurance experience
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
Highly driven and self-motivated
Outgoing and personable with strong relationship-building skills
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
Willing to travel and visit employer groups regularly
Motivated by commission-based earning potential
Comfortable generating new opportunities through cold outreach (phone, email, and in-person visits) and building relationships from scratch
