Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join a team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000–$75,000+ (depending on experience)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) match.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid/In-person, with a team-oriented and fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of medium to large accounts, with occasional involvement in smaller accounts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Utilize EPIC software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
- Contribute to the team’s success by participating in internal growth initiatives and professional development programs.
- Support the team in achieving departmental goals and maintaining a high standard of performance.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience (required).
- 2–5 years of experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
