Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and energetic team. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule after an initial on-site training period.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000+ (depending on experience)

- Work Schedule: Flexible hybrid schedule after 90 days of on-site training.
Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of business, including contractors, construction, and workers' compensation accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Assist in growing the business by identifying opportunities and building strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and energetic work environment.
- Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role; candidates with extensive experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
