Job Title: High Net Worth Associate Account Manager
Location: 1 day a week in NYC (1 day commute is covered by employer)!
OVERVIEW:
This position is designed for an insurance professional with exceptional attention to detail. The role is essential to maintaining accurate client records, delivering consistently error-free work, and supporting team members with time-sensitive and occasionally complex assignments. Success in this position requires full accountability for accuracy and quality from initiation through completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process endorsements for AE (that do not require UW approval)
- Generate summaries of insurance and maintain up-to-date summaries for VIP accounts
- Assist with detailed insurance reviews - Identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies and bring to the AE’s attention
- Endorsement quotes
- Pull inspections from company websites, attach in AMS, and suspend to AE to review, flag ones with coverage discrepancies and requirements. Noting “URGENT” in suspense for ones that require immediate attention.
- Enter manually entered/non-downloading policy renewals and endorsements in AMS – obtain copy of renewal and update AMS accordingly (including full term premium)
- Generate and process LPR’s
- Handle mortgagee requests, including refinances, HELOC and coverage verifications
- Issue COI for landlords/building management
- Assist with billing questions and payments
- Issue id card and binder for existing auto policies
- Process vehicle changes to auto and umbrella policies, shuffle driver assignment to obtain most favorable premium as needed
- Follow up for new car documents to ensure vehicle is insured for at least the cost new and to confirm applicable safety feature credits
- Pull and check daily downloads for endorsements only, and update AMS endorsement descriptions accordingly when team member(s) are out of the office or need assistance
- Special projects assigned by managers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of insurance experience
- Proficient in MS office, Adobe, Docusign
- Proficient in AMS360 preferred
- Proficient in high-net-worth carrier portals: Chubb, PURE, Cincinnati, Berkley One, Private Client, Vault
- Advanced computer literacy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
