• Handle accounts ranging from $5,000 to $100,000 in size.
• Utilize Epic software to manage workflows and client information effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for growth and client retention.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Extensive experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of managing accounts within the $5,000 to $100,000 range.
• Proficiency in using Epic software is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
• Strong professional demeanor, accountability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
