Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the commercial lines department, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Handle accounts ranging from $5,000 to $100,000 in size.
- Utilize Epic software to manage workflows and client information effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for growth and client retention.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Extensive experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of managing accounts within the $5,000 to $100,000 range.
- Proficiency in using Epic software is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
- Strong professional demeanor, accountability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
