Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships by providing outstanding service and personalized insurance solutions. Responsibilities include working closely with customers to manage their personal insurance policies, handling inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, providing exceptional personal lines insurance account management.
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate the insurance needs of clients to recommend appropriate coverage options tailored to individual needs.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and team members to ensure prompt and consistent communication.
  • Process changes, renewals, and endorsements on client accounts to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Handle billing questions, claims inquiries, and policy-related concerns with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to ensure adequate coverage and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, policies, and regulations to assist clients effectively and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to achieve company goals and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, customer service, or related roles within the insurance industry; personal lines experience preferred.
  • Licensure: Active Property and Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using insurance management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and/or other CRM tools.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • A solid understanding of personal lines insurance products, coverage options, and industry practices is highly desirable.
  • Enthusiasm and initiative to continuously grow and develop within the role.
