Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a growing team. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 (higher compensation may be considered based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, focusing on habitational, construction, property, and lessor's risk accounts
  • Handle accounts with premiums ranging from $25,000 to $100,000, with a total book of business valued at $6M-$7M
  • Collaborate with producers to quote new and renewal business
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing timely and accurate service
  • Ensure all account activities are compliant with company policies and industry regulations
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline workflows

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) licensure required
  • Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency in managing tasks
  • Experience with habitational and property accounts is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in EPIC software or similar account management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
