Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned and dedicated Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join a team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to the clients and maintaining the high standards of the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal lines insurance, with a preference for those familiar with Erie Insurance and Applied Epic software. This is an in-office position, with work-from-home options available only under special circumstances.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to personal lines clients
  • Handle standard-sized accounts and manage a book of business
  • Assist with quoting new and renewal business
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and efficient operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Applied Epic software

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance preferred
  • Experience with Erie Insurance and Applied Epic software is a significant advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, in-office environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
