Employee Benefits Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large market book of business, developing strategies for the servicing team, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. This is a hybrid role with remote flexibility and occasional travel.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually

- Work Environment: Hybrid with remote flexibility, equipment provided for remote work
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day servicing of a large market book of business
- Develop and implement strategies for the servicing team to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to share ideas and best practices
- Act as a problem-solver and think creatively to address client needs
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes and outcomes
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience as an Employee Benefits Account Executive
- Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license
- Proficiency in using Epic software
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Self-starter with a team-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
- Occasional travel may be required
