Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Administrator/Customer Service Representative to join a team. Compensation Package

  • Competitive salary range: $67,000 - $90,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Manage and maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to support business operations and client needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
  • Background in the insurance industry is highly desirable; willingness to obtain insurance licensing if not already licensed
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
