Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, hold a 220 license, and possess exceptional leadership and strategic management skills.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a team of ~15 sales agents.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team success and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive performance and achieve business goals.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members to support team growth.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards in all sales interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active 220 insurance license is required.
- Proven experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- Demonstrated success in a management role, preferably in a high-volume call center environment.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and implement data-driven strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
