Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $77,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth personal lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Work closely with trading partners, including Chubb and other standard market providers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and organized records using EZ Lynx software.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and account management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Proficiency in EZ Lynx software is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
