Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $77,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth personal lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Work closely with trading partners, including Chubb and other standard market providers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and organized records using EZ Lynx software.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and account management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Proficiency in EZ Lynx software is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
