Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive (CLAE) to join a dynamic team. This role has become available due to an internal transition, and we are looking for a professional who can step in and make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing diverse accounts, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
- Benefits Offered: Comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts with a total revenue of approximately $8 million, including a mix of construction (50%) and other industries such as sports, non-profits, real estate, and condominiums.
- Handle accounts with an average premium of $200,000 or more.
- Conduct proposal meetings and deliver presentations to clients.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Managers and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience managing commercial lines accounts with premiums of $200,000 or more.
- Familiarity with industries such as real estate, condominiums, construction, and non-profits is preferred but not required.
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills, with the ability to lead proposal meetings effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
