Commercial Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a dynamic and growing team.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience and knowledge)

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Educate clients on insurance options, assess their unique needs, and recommend tailored coverage solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, including sales revenue, conversion rates, and policy renewals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with underwriters, claims processors, and customer support teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to offer clients the most up-to-date advice and solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, including real estate, manufacturing, technology, and construction sectors.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Soft Skills: Family-oriented, go-getter, self-starter, team player.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software and tools is a plus.
