Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a book of business in the middle-market brokerage space, with a focus on casualty lines.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to ensure efficient handling of binding renewals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in P&C insurance, with a focus on brokerage and casualty lines.
- Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and build a book of business.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with preference given to candidates near one of our office locations
