Job Title: Commercial Insurance Junior Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Junior Account Manager to join a team. This position provides an exciting opportunity to support account managers in delivering exceptional service and solutions. You will play a key role in assisting with the management of client portfolios, preparing documentation, and ensuring a seamless client experience in the commercial insurance space.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to account managers in handling commercial client accounts.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of insurance quotes, renewals, endorsements, and client documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving minor issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Conduct account reviews to ensure all relevant information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to ensure efficient processing and resolution of client needs.
- Maintain organized client files and databases, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Assist in identifying cross-selling or upselling opportunities for additional insurance products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to drive improvement in workflows and client outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance industry knowledge.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in an Account Assistant role or similar position in an administrative or client service capacity.
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, commercial insurance concepts, products, and processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to client interaction.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, manage time well, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license - or willingness to obtain.
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $60K-$70K (based on experience).
