We are seeking a Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager – Transportation to join our expanding team. This is a growth-driven opportunity where you'll manage a high-volume book of middle market commercial transportation accounts and play a key role in maintaining client relationships and service excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a large, established book of commercial transportation insurance accounts

  • Handle renewals, service requests, billing, claims, and new policy processing

  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through effective communication and top-tier service

  • Ensure all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits are accurate and submitted on time

  • Stay informed on underwriting guidelines, market appetites, and procedures

  • Coordinate with the department manager on renewal strategies and client retention

  • Utilize agency management software (Epic preferred) to support daily workflow

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management (transportation industry preferred)

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license

  • Strong knowledge of middle market transportation accounts

  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and exceptional organizational skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with Applied Epic or similar systems (preferred but not required)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in an in-office setting

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
