The Role:

Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager
Location: Asheboro, NC (Hybrid: 3 days in-office / 2 remote after 90 days)
Reports To: Service Leader
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Manage small to middle market generalist commercial accounts

  • Partner with 1–3 producers to manage and service their books of business

  • Handle full account servicing from quote to renewal (A–Z)

  • Cross-sell and round accounts proactively

  • Build strong client relationships and ensure timely, effective communication


What We’re Looking For:

  • Active P&C license (required)

  • 2–5 years of commercial insurance account management experience preferred

  • Will also consider newer talent with the right mindset and professionalism

  • Experience with AMS360 is a bonus (training provided if needed)

  • Strong communicator, confident, professional, and relationship-focused

  • Looking for someone polished and proactive — not quiet or overly introverted


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 – $65,000

  • 401(k): Access to national group retirement plan
