Personal Insurance Account Manager
Location: Wilmington, NC

Are you a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager looking for a strong, supportive agency culture and room to grow? Our well-established independent agency is looking to add an experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager to the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a personal lines book of business with a focus on retention, rounding, and client satisfaction

• Present insurance solutions to clients and resolve concerns effectively and professionally

• Quote new and renewal business

• Act as a liaison between clients and carriers

• Process policy renewals, endorsements, and changes

• Advise clients on coverage options and assist with claims as needed

• Monitor and follow up on cancellations and Broker of Record letters

What We’re Looking For:

• Independent agency experience required

• Active P&C license (required)

• 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance

• Strong client service and communication skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

• A team player who can also work independently and self-direct when needed
