Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, understanding their insurance requirements and providing strategic advice.
• Identify new business opportunities within the existing client base and work to expand the portfolio.
• Collaborate with insurance underwriters to negotiate coverage and pricing for clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, and providing proactive communication.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review coverage, assess risk exposures, and offer solutions to mitigate potential losses.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant insurance industry experience. 3+ years preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Required Agency Management System experience: EPIC
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
