Job Summary
Seeking an Employee Benefits Client Support Specialist to join the team. This position offers a competitive salary, a 3% 401(k) contribution, and a hybrid work model with remote and in-office options.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $70k - $75k
- 401(k) contribution: 3%
- Remote work: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote
- Equipment provided for remote work
- Local travel involved

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business, including renewals, enrollments, and daily servicing
- Handle mid to large groups with a focus on accounts ranging from 50 - 200 lives
- Work with large clients and manage a book around $750k-$1million
- Quote new/renewal business, mainly focusing on renewals
- Utilize EPIC and Salesforce software for daily responsibilities
- Conduct local travel as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3+ years of Employee Benefits experience
- L&H license required
- Proficiency in EPIC and Salesforce software
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Curiosity mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Background check required prior to start date
